Cradel’s story began when German MNC Merck chose us to build and manage a liquid manufacturing plant in Kolkata for Eastern India. This marked the start of our partnership and our commitment to the pharmaceutical industry. Since then, we’ve continually grown, adding a Suspension Unit and, most recently, a cutting-edge Ointment Plant capable of producing one million tubes every month. These developments showcase our dedication to excellence and consistent expansion.
Current Capabilities and Strategic Advantages:
Today, operating exclusively as a contract manufacturer, Cradel is a key player in the pharmaceutical industry. Our state-of-the-art oral liquid manufacturing facility is WHO-GMP certified, underscoring our unwavering commitment to the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency.
Our operational capacity includes an annual production of 25 million bottles of oral liquids and suspensions, with a specialized focus on 100ml to 400ml pack sizes. We additionally have the capacity to produce 12 million tubes of ointments each year, in both laminated and aluminum tubes. Our location in Kolkata provides a strategic advantage, minimizing transportation and logistics costs. This proximity is particularly beneficial for liquid formulations, ensuring efficient production and distribution, catering to the needs of Eastern and North Eastern markets. Backed by our significant WHO-GMP certified capacity, we are in a prime position to keep growing. We operate exclusively as a contract manufacturer for other companies, delivering dependable, quality-assured, and efficient production solutions tailored to their requirements.
